Blend of 55% Merlot — 35% Malbec (direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks) and Sémillon — Sauvignon Gris (fermentation and bâtonnage for three months in French oak barrels, M & M+ toast). From vines aged 19 to 80 years, oriented N‑S, on clay-limestone hillsides punctuated with gravel and sand, in Caudrot, Bordeaux — Entre‑deux‑Mers. 12.5% vol. — Serve 9–12°C
